THE CHALLENGE

Dataflos provides a modern data function for lean teams, delivering engineering, intelligence, and automation as a monthly partnership. They connect fragmented systems, automate and orchestrate workflows, accelerating operational outcomes. With a track record of delivering measurable results, including helping a client scale revenue from approximately £2M to £3M, the team was at a point of expansion and needed a digital presence that could support that growth.

Prior to partnering with Eiro37, Dataflos was building its LinkedIn presence through a mix of organic content and paid sponsored campaigns. As the team shifted focus toward a more targeted organic content strategy, Eiro37 came in to build and execute that foundation, ensuring the executives and decision makers who benefit from Dataflos have a clear and consistent view of the company and its expertise.


THE SOLUTION

To support its expansion, Eiro37 is building a thought leadership foundation. That foundation is built around four priorities:

  1. Supporting the Principal Lead's LinkedIn presence through a dedicated content strategy that extends Dataflos's brand reach and positions him as a trusted voice in the healthcare data space.
  1. Positioning the leadership team around their expertise in healthcare data, AI, and fractional data leadership so the people behind Dataflos become as recognizable as the work they deliver.
  1. Developing narrative pillars that focus every piece of content on healthcare data decision makers, giving each post a clear purpose and a specific audience.
  1. Incorporating sales insights directly into content development, so messaging reflects real conversations happening in the market rather than assumptions about what the audience needs to hear.

THE RESULTS

Consistency was the first foundation we built. In the first few months, Dataflos's LinkedIn presence is seeing consistent growth, entirely organic with no paid spend, and the brand now has a predictable, active presence that compounds over time.

The content strategy is already attracting the decision makers and thought leaders within the team's ideal client profile. A faculty member affiliated with the WHO and a leading UK research institution engaged directly with the content.

As the team continues to showcase its breadth of experience and insights from client work and the industry, the LinkedIn presence is becoming a channel that informs potential client research, builds trust, and opens doors, all with the goal of connecting Dataflos with the organizations that need clarity in their data, ownership of their outcomes, and insights that tell them which levers to pull.
